Hira Wajahat is serving full-time as programmes & projects head at Stimulus. An MBA from the Lahore University of Management Sciences, Hira brings with her vibrant experience of working with an array of organizations across industries: FMCGs, pharma, healthcare, education, media & NGOs/NPOs. Her simultaneous exposure to corporate, government, education and development sectors has led her to believe in the benefit of value adding partnerships.
Hira has diverse consulting experiences, both on field and off that have enabled her to obtain a vast exposure to and understanding of a variety of geographic locations and cultural nuances across Pakistan. Having dual exposure to technical and management know-how through combination of engineering and management degrees, research and data analytics is a key strength that she brings with her. With knowledge of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative frameworks & tools for data collection & analysis, Hira’s expertise lies in conducting assessments, strategy planning, project design & management.
At Stimulus, Hira is engaged in the design, implementation and execution of projects with clients from amongst corporate & development sector organizations such as BSW (German Solar Association), Deutsche Bank, Nestlé, Sapphire Textiles, GIZ (Country Office & Programs), Tameer Bank, Nizam Energy, Bayer, GSK, UNDP, UNICEF, PPAF, Hashoo Foundation and Acumen to name a few.
Adding to the richness and diversity of her experiences, Hira attended a semester, from September – December 2010 as an exchange student at Zagreb School of Economics and Management in Croatia. During this time, she also interned in the HR department at Coca Cola Hellenic in Zagreb. She was responsible for designing communication skills & team building component of the management trainees program. Hira’s areas of interest include corporate social responsibility communications & organizational branding, entrepreneurship & innovation management.
She is a travel fanatic and has traveled across 13 countries. She loves exploring cultures and traditions especially dance, theatre and cuisine.
